As every vegan football fan ought to know the best place to get a half-time snack is undoubtedly league two club Forest Green Rovers.

The club which is owned by Ecotricity entrepreneur and vegan activist Dale Vince, is the first vegan football club in the world, which of course means that all the food served in the club’s food outlets is plant-based.

Never one to miss an opportunity in 2019 Vince set up a vegan catering company Devil’s Kitchen whose products are made in a purpose-built facility close to the Forest Green Rovers ground in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire.

The company has just announced a tie with Ocado to offer its products via delivery. Up for grabs are a Shitake Mushroom burger, a Thai Green Style Curry burger and the company’s signature fare Spicy Vegan balls.

All are 100% plant-based, free of the major food allergens and manufactured from pea protein rather than soya.
